1.Dipping process---strong adhesion

The coating material is made into a low-viscosity glue, and the fiberglass mat are fully soaked with the glue in the glue tank, heated, cured, and rolled.The fiberglass mat and coating material can be fully impregnated, the colloid is closely combined with the fiberglass mat, and the adhesion is good.







2.Scratch coating process---High production efficiency, uniform and stable coating

The Scratch coating process refers to the process in which the coating colloid and the fiberglass mat are coated through the gap between the scratch blade and the coating roller. By adjusting the gap between the scraper and the coating roller, adjusting the shape and angle of the scraper, the amount of coating and the appearance of the coated product can be adjusted, and it will also affect the adhesion between the coating material and the fiberglass mat. In order to overcome the influence of defects on the surface of the fiberglass mat on the coated product, it is also possible to first coat the carrier, then compound it with the fiberglass mat, enter the oven, and vulcanize at high temperature.








3. Calendering process---Uniform coating, lower cost


The coating material is calendered into a thin sheet by using a three-roll or four-roll calender, and compounded with a fiberglass mat by pressing to form a single sheet.One-sided or double-sided fiberglass mat coating semi-finished products are vulcanized by drum vulcanizers, flat vulcanizers or vulcanization tanks.
